WHY CHOOSE US

✔ Band saws last significantly longer

The saw receives a fully ground and consistent tooth profile along its entire length without stress points. Major savings on saws!

✔ The sawmill can operate at maximum efficiency

The saw cuts faster, more accurately, and without deviations. Higher productivity, lower costs.

✔ Only high-quality lumber output

Real profit and no major output issues.

✔ No need for a skilled sharpener

The machine operates automatically, requiring just one-time setup. The disc does not require dressing.

✔ Precise and stable tooth setting

Guaranteed straight cuts without waves. Less waste — more profit.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

To sharpen using the new technology, the profiled CBN grinding disc must enter the saw tooth profile with an accuracy of 0.01–0.02 mm. Without such precision, the disc will not sharpen but crush each tooth, tooth angles will vary, the saw will struggle, cut unevenly, and the disc will wear out quickly.

All machine components, including motor shafts, must operate with virtually no play. We use proprietary structural and technological solutions, upgrading factory motors with a unique technology.

Machines attempting to copy our design fail to achieve the required quality. Their disc lifespan is 2–5 times shorter despite similar cost. Remember: all machines sharpen similarly at first — but only ours maintain quality for years.

Any sawmill is merely a device for moving the saw. But productivity and quality depend almost entirely on daily sharpening and setting.

Up to 90% of saw failures are caused by poor sharpening and setting!
